General conditions

Below you can find a list of the general conditions that are used by Atradius Dutch State Business NV per 1 january 2010.

From 1 january 2010 on, for all promises of cover (including extensions) that are issued by Atradius Dutch State Business NV, new general conditions are applicable. Policies issued based on a promise of cover with the old general conditions will keep those conditions.
